Shipping and Delivery Policy:

• We deliver products Australia-wide using Australia Post. Freight costs vary according to the size and weight of the product and your location.  The exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.  Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia and up to 14 days to overseas locations.

Customer Service Policy

PLD is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.  Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days from the day the order is placed.  In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. No returns and no refund policy.

Privacy Policy:

We value your privacy as much as we value our own.  Customer information is only used and accessed internally at PLD and by website management.  No 3rd party company or persons will have access to customer information provided through orders or enquiry forms.  The information won't be sold to any affiliates or external persons.

Security Policy:

• When purchasing from PLD Learning Resources, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
• Credit card information is removed from all PLD based servers, though is stored with the banking institution (eWAY) for refund and management purposes. Stored credit cards are encrypted and truncated (4 digits remain) for visual analysis by all users.
• Anonymous statistics (IP address) are gathered from all users, however only for the purpose of internal marketing and information.
